1. Tackle one room at a time

2. Gather up everything that has not been used in a year

3. Sort into three piles:

• Trash
• Storage
• Give away or sell

Other items to pre‐pack:

• Trophies
• Plaques
• Personal pictures
• Small collectables
• Religious or political items
• Paperback books, notebooks and binders

Benefits for pre‐packing:

• Less dusting
• Eliminates buyer distraction
• No worries about theft or breakage
•  You are way ahead of the game when it comes time to move
